Thin layer of dense nutty brownies topped with the lightest cheesecake I’ve ever made. This guilt free brownie cheesecake it’s so easy to make you’ll end up making it over and over again. Oh, and it takes little to no effort to eat it!

Raise your hand if you’ve been reading this blog for at least one year!
Raise your hand if you heard me saying countless times I love chocolate cheesecake!
Raise your hand if you know my absolute favorite dessert is the brownie bottom cheesecake I made last year for my birthday.
Well, since you’ve been around for so long, than you may wanna know I found a new brownie cheesecake that makes my heart skip a beat.

My friends, meet low carb, gluten free brownie cheese. With no sugar added and just a touch of almond flour, this brownie cheesecake is practically guilt free.
The recipe belongs to my friend Carolyn, the master mind behind the well know low carb gluten free blog All day I dream about food.
I have made several other recipes from Carolyn’s blog and I knew whatever chocolate dessert recipe she’s going to share for the #chocolateparty anniversary is going to blog my mind.
To be honest she advised me to bake this hazelnut chocolate chip bundt cake but … well… accidents happen and the cake ended up being eaten straight from my pan.In the end, I’m glad that happened. Although it was a delicious cake, this brownie cheesecake is heavenly!

The thin brownie layer is dense and rich with a nutty favor from the chopped walnuts and almond flour added to the batter which pairs perfectly with the lightest, creamiest most amazing cheesecake I’ve ever make.

For the Stonyfield greek yogurt do you use plain or vanilla?
Hi Kathleen,
this brownie cheesecake does not require yogurt.
And in general, unless otherwise specified, it’s plain yogurt.
