Triple chocolate tart

Triple chocolate tart – chocolate crust filled with smooth, shiny, rich chocolate ganache and topped with Belgian chocolate seashells

Boy, do I have a treat for your today! Triple chocolate tart! Yes, triple! Not that chocolate tart or double chocolate tart wasn’t enough, but I wanted something over the top delicious. Oh, and this tart is that good and even more!

I adapted a tart crust by adding some cocoa powder to it and baked it for few minutes in a medium hot oven. When the crust was done and chilled I made the ganache. You know that smooth, shiny, rich chocolate mixture. You can’t go wrong with chocolate, cream and a touch of butter.

To take it to a whole new level I decorated the tart with Belgian chocolate seashells, which are the best chocolate candy in the whole wide world.

Pure gorgeousness, Roxana! I've made cupcakes with those chocolate shells before so I know they are tasty but you totally upped the ante with ganache and chocolate crust! Pinning it!
