Your dough didn’t rise? Your cookies spread in the oven? Out of bread flour? What the heck is cake flour? How to make scrambled eggs?
What did I have last night for dinner? (ok, maybe not this one)
Do you have a question you’d like me to answer it? I would love to help you!
Please leave your question in the comments below and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge. Keep in mind I’m completely self-taught. I do not claim to be an expert in anything (maybe eating cheesecake).
You’ll receive an email with my reply. Please be extra careful typing in your email address in the required field! If you don’t type it in correctly, you won’t receive my email!
On the other hand, if you see a question you have a tip for, please feel free to answer it. Would love to hear your tips and tricks.
Thanks!

May pls ask if u could convert your weights to grammes or do u have a conversion chart on your fantastic webpage of delicious recipes pls?
Hello Ms G
Converting to grams is something I plan on doing over the next couple of months. If there’s a recipe you really need right now, I will make time to convert the ingredients to grams

Where do I get doche due leche Please
Hi Susie,
You can find dulce de leche at most grocery store in the baking isle or in the mexican isle. My favorite brand to bake with is La lechera from Nestle.

Hi Roxanna,
I love most of your recipes but I’m in Scotland and some of the Pillsbury canned things you can’t get here, what would you suggest in place of Pillsbury™ refrigerated original breadsticks for the chocolate french toast sticks?
Hi Michelle,
Chocolate French Toast Sticks? The recipe I shared on Pillsbury website?
I would use any bread dough, cut it into breadsticks and follow the next steps. in the recipe.

Hi Roxana,
I have a question but is not related to any recipes. Are you a professional photographer or a self taught one. Your pictures are amazing and I would love to take better pictures. Do you use a tripod?
Hi Silvia,
Thanks so much! You’re so sweet!
I’m completely self-taught. I started with a point and shoot camera. My second camera was a Canon Rebel ti1 and currently shooting with a Canon 6D.
I use a tripod for almost all of my photos.
My advice for better photos, shoot often. Every day. It will get better.

My grandson wants to make the Killer Cookie Dough Cheese cake. You don’t list how much of each ingredient . How much cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, sour cream and where to the cookies that you freeze come from.
Hi Kathy,
could you please link to which killer cookie dough cheesecake you’re talking about?
This is the only cookie dough cheesecake I have on the blog and lists all the ingredients needed

Hi Roxana,
I love your site, just found it yesterday. Awesome great job.
I see that their is a save button on your recipes. But when I click it…it goes into a lot of sign up stuff….
I was thinking it was to save and fix like a recipe box on your site just to keep your recipes so I wouldn’t have to try and find the ones I really like again. I was hoping I could just pull up like, “My Favorite Recipes” like a file of the ones a like…is that where I do that or not…was hoping I didn’t have to go through a lot to do it…just don’t know where to go….a lot of sites have a recipe box for you to save their recipes within their site…please help…
Hi Sherrie,
Once you create an account with mealplanner you can save recipe from blogs that use their recipe card, not just from mine.
Could you please let me know what’s your favorite website that lets you save their recipe on the website?
Thanks,
Roxana
Hi Roxana,
Have you got a recipe for making bread with Chickpea flour that doesn’t include any wheat flour?
Thanks
Ana
Hi Ana,
I do not have a recipe that uses just chickpea flour. I have made several attempts to make one but all were unsuccessful.
Sorry.
Hi Roxanna. Just making your one bowl choc cake but cannot find my metal 9×13 … Can I use glass instead? Should I adjust the temp?
Thanks, in advance.
Ps…b
Love your recipes
Hi AnnieVee,
If you’re using a glass pan, lower the oven temperature by 25F if possible, if not, check the cake 5-7 minutes earlier.

What stores sell the platinum yeast?
Hi Sharon,
I buy mine from Giant. I’m not sure what other stores sell it.
How much Fleischmann’s active dry yeast do I have to use for 4 cups of flour?
Hi Hildegard,
1 envelope (7 grams) of active dry yeast is just the right amount for 4 cups of flour.

Loved the pumpkin cheesecake bars! They were a hit on game day! Can this recipe be frozen for future use? Will it taste fresh?
Hi Julie,
I have frozen cheesecake in the past. When ready to eat, let it thaw it in the fridge overnight.
Roxana

Hi Roxana,
Hi,
I am a photo editor for MSN and Bing Apps. We are planning to run a slideshow on “These 10 No-Bake Pie Recipes Are Almost Too Easy to Make”, it features your “Nutella Snickers pie”. However, we’re not finding any hi-res photos from our sources. It’d be great if you can mail a few images. We plan to publish ASAP.

Hi Sandip,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have one quick question: Will you publish only the photo and link back to my blog for the recipe, or publish the recipe as well?
Thanks,
Roxana Yawgel
Hi there,
It’s Danelle from Let’s Dish Recipes. I am going to be adding more round-up posts to my site this year, and wanted to ask if you are okay with me using photos from your site with a link back to your blog in these posts? It will be one photo with a link. Thanks so much!
Roxanna, Are you still blogging? I have not received anything from my subscription for a long time? I hope you are well.
