Chocolate truffle cookies

September 14, 2013 by Roxana 12 Comments

Fudge like cookie, these chocolate truffle cookies have triple the pleasure. Resistance is pointless, just grab a glass of milk and enjoy your ride to chocolate-land!

Fudge like cookie, these chocolate truffle cookies have triple the pleasure.

As a true chocolate lover I have never said I won’t eat this cookie/cake because it’s too rich. The more the merrier. And these chocolate truffle cookies just fit the bill. Bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder and chocolate chips make these cookies a trip to Seattle worth it.

But don’t worry, unless you leave cross the street from the famous Dahlia Bakery, you don’t even have to leave your house to enjoy them from now on.

These cookies are rich and decadent. Simply unforgettable.

The outside forms a thin crisp layer that allows you to peak just a little underneath it to see the rich, fudgy chocolate cookie.

The moment you bite into it, it’s like eating a chocolate truffle. Yes, you’ll need a glass of cold milk close by. Either take a sip of milk after few cookie bites or simply dip the cookie in the glass of milk and enjoy one cookie after the other.

The smell and taste are intoxicating. You’ll find yourself hard to resist grabbing one more cookie.
